Managing Your Account Settings

Your account settings let you update your personal information, control notifications, manage security, and customize your experience. This guide explains how to access your account settings and what options are available.

Accessing Your Account Settings

Desktop (Website)

Click on your profile icon (the circle with your initial) in the bottom left corner of the navigation menu. This will take you directly to your account settings.

Mobile App

  1. Tap your profile icon (the circle with your initial) in the top right corner
  2. Select "Account" from the dropdown menu

Account Settings Tabs

Once you're in your account settings, you'll see several tabs across the top:

Personal Details – Update your name, email address, and phone number.

Notifications – Control how you receive notifications, including email, push, and SMS.

Security – Change your password, enable two-factor authentication, or delete your account.

Communities – View your communities and request access to additional properties.

Appearance – Switch between light mode and dark mode.
