Managing Communities and Properties

Managing Communities and Properties

The Communities tab shows which Watchtower communities you belong to and lets you request access to additional properties. This guide explains how to manage your communities and properties.

Getting to Communities

  1. Go to your Account Settings
  2. Click or tap the "Communities" tab

My Communities

At the top of the page, you'll see a list of all the communities you currently have access to. A community is typically a neighborhood, HOA, or residential area that uses Watchtower for access control.

Requesting Access to Another Property

If you own or manage more than one property in the same community, you can request access to the additional property without creating a separate account.

To request access to another property in your current community:

  1. Click or tap "Request Property Access"
  2. Follow the prompts to identify the property
  3. Submit your request

Your community's management will review and approve your request. Once approved, the new property will appear on your dashboard.

Joining Another Community

If you own or manage property in a different Watchtower community (for example, a vacation home in another neighborhood), you can add it to your existing account.

To join another community:

  1. Click or tap "Join Another Community"
  2. Follow the prompts to find and join the community
  3. Submit your request

Once approved, you'll be able to switch between communities from your dashboard.

Benefits of One Account

Using a single Watchtower account for all your properties means:

  • One login for everything
  • Easy switching between properties and communities
  • All your guests, vendors, and vehicles in one place
  • Simpler management if you own multiple homes

InfoINFO: You don't need separate accounts for different properties. Add all your properties to one account for the easiest experience.
