The Communities tab shows which MyWatchtower communities you belong to and lets you request access to additional properties. This guide explains how to manage your communities and properties.
At the top of the page, you'll see a list of all the communities you currently have access to. A community is typically a neighborhood, HOA, or residential area that uses MyWatchtower for access control.
If you own or manage more than one property in the same community, you can request access to the additional property without creating a separate account.
To request access to another property in your current community:
Your community's management will review and approve your request. Once approved, the new property will appear on your dashboard.
If you own or manage property in a different MyWatchtower community (for example, a vacation home in another neighborhood), you can add it to your existing account.
To join another community:
Once approved, you'll be able to switch between communities from your dashboard.
If you belong to more than one community, a community switcher appears in the navigation menu — look for the building icon showing your current community’s name. Click or tap it and choose a community from the list to switch; you’ll be taken to that community’s dashboard. If you only belong to one community, the switcher is hidden.
To switch between properties within a community, use the property dropdown at the top of your Property page, or the "My Properties" section of your dashboard.
Using a single MyWatchtower account for all your properties means:
INFO: You don't need separate accounts for different properties. Add all your properties to one account for the easiest experience.
