The Personal Details tab is where you can update your name, email address, and phone number. This guide explains how to make changes to your personal information.

Getting to Personal Details

1. Go to your Account Settings
2. Click or tap the "Personal Details" tab (this is usually the default tab)

What You Can Update

On the Personal Details page, you can change:

• First Name – Your first name as it appears in Watchtower
• Last Name – Your last name as it appears in Watchtower
• Email – The email address you use to log in
• Phone Number – Your contact phone number

Updating Your Name or Phone Number

1. Edit the First Name, Last Name, or Phone Number field
2. Click or tap "Save"

Your changes will be saved immediately.

Changing Your Email Address

Changing your email address requires verification to keep your account secure. Your email is also your login, so this process has an extra step.

1. Click or tap the "Edit" button next to your email address
2. In the popup window, enter your new email address
3. Confirm your new email address by typing it again
4. Check the box to confirm you have access to the new email address
5. Click or tap "Update Email"

WARNING: You will receive a confirmation email at your new address. Your login email will only change after you confirm the new address by clicking the link in that email. Until you confirm, you'll continue to log in with your old email.

Why Email Verification Is Required

Email verification protects your account. It ensures that:

• You actually have access to the new email address
• No one can lock you out of your account by changing your email
• You'll receive important notifications at the correct address
