Viewing Entry Activity

The Entries tab shows a history of all entries at your property. This is a read-only log that lets you see who has come through the gate and when. This guide explains how to use the entry log.

Getting to the Entries Tab

  1. Go to your Property page
  2. Click or tap the "Entries" tab

You'll see a list of all entries at your property, with the most recent entries at the top. Each entry shows the person's name and the date and time they entered.

What You'll See in the Entry List

Each entry in the list displays:

  • The name of the person who entered
  • The date and time of entry (shown in a green badge on desktop)

Viewing Entry Details

To see more information about a specific entry:

  1. Click or tap on the entry in the list
  2. A popup will show additional details:
    • Visitor Information – The name and type of visitor (Resident, Guest, Vendor, etc.)
    • Entry Details – The exact date, time, and address
  3. Click or tap "Close" to dismiss the popup

Searching Entries

Use the search box at the top of the Entries tab to find entries by name. This is helpful if you want to see when a specific person last visited.

  • Residents – People who live at your property
  • Guests – Visitors on your guest list
