How to Restrict a Visitor

On Your Phone

  1. Tap the menu icon in the top left corner
  2. Tap the 'Property' tab
  3. Navigate to the 'Restricted' tab
  4. Tap 'Restrict Guest'
  5. Follow the instructions on the screen

On Your Computer

  1. Click the 'Property' tab in the left pane
  2. Navigate to the 'Restricted' tab
  3. Click 'Restrict Guest'
  4. Follow the instructions on the screen

Why Restrict a Visitor?

Restricting a guest from your property notifies the community that this guest or vendor is not authorized and should be denied access to visit your residence.
