How to Reset Your Password

When You Forget Your Password

Can't remember your password? No problem! You can make a new one from the login screen.

How to Reset It

  1. Go to the login screen in Watchtower
  2. Click "Forgotten password? Reset it here" (it's usually under the login box)
  3. Type in your email address
  4. Click "Send Reset Email"

Check Your Email

  1. Look for an email from Watchtower (check your spam folder too)
  2. Click the link in the email
  3. Type in your new password twice
  4. Click "Save" or "Update Password"

Tips for Your New Password

Make a strong password that has:

  • At least 8 letters
  • Uppercase and lowercase letters
  • Numbers
  • Special signs like ! or @

Still Having Problems?

If you don't get the email:

  • Check your spam or junk folder
  • Make sure you typed your email right
  • Wait a few minutes and try again
