Dashboard Overview

When you log in, you'll see a welcome message with your name and your community name at the top of the screen. This looks the same on both desktop and mobile.

Your Stats at a Glance

Below the welcome message, you'll see four boxes that show important numbers for your property:

Guests – The total number of guests you have added to your property.

Vendors – The total number of vendors (like contractors or delivery services) assigned to your property.

Restricted – The number of guests or vendors who are not allowed to enter your property.

Vehicles – The total number of vehicles registered to your property.

Quick Action Buttons

You'll find two buttons that help you quickly add guests and create QR codes. On desktop, these appear side by side at the top. On the mobile app, they are stacked on top of each other.

Add Guest

Tap or click the "Add Guest" button to quickly add a new guest or vendor to your property. This is the fastest way to give someone access to your community.

Generate QR

Tap or click the "Generate QR" button to make a QR code for your visitors. Your guest or vendor can show this code at the gate for easy entry.

Info
Some communities have this feature turned off. If you don't see the "Generate QR" button, contact your community's management office for more information.

Latest Entry Activity

This section shows the last four entries at your property. Each entry displays:

  • The address where the entry happened
  • The name of the person who entered
  • The date and time of entry

Click "View All" to see a complete list of all entries at your property.

Info
This section is only available on the desktop website. It is not currently available in the mobile app.

My Properties

If you have more than one property in the system, you'll see them listed in the "My Properties" section. Click or tap on any property name to switch to that property's dashboard.

If you have questions or need assistance:
